In year 2012 his colleague showed the firefighter Rusty Glenn Wiles the Instagram App. The father of three kids, who lives in the small town called Fort Piece in Florida,  was  impressed by the tool and started to take snapshots with his smartphone while driving home from his 24-hours-shift. Since then Rusty amazes the online world with his one-of-a-kind minimalism and Instagram itself even honored him as the Artist of 2014. This year some of his images were shown in the German print magazine ART where the Social Media Art Gallery saw him. Since then Rusty presents and sells his favorite selection of photographs as limited editions for the first time in an „offline“ gallery.

At the upcoming event of the Social Media Art Gallery you can view, together with Rusty, his amazing smartphone photography of minimalism and hear the story of each picture he has taken from Rusty personally. He comes all the way from Florida up to New York City to meet you.
